Quite true. Particularly the 9th Circus. I recall reading something from some time ago that there was a movement to physically divide that court into two separate entities, which would purportedly limit the number of crackpot cases coming to either bench. Considering the venue-shopping Dems do on court cases, anything to limit the 9th would be a blessing. Just don't know if enough political will exists to actually do anything about it.

There was some talk about it for about a year but no actions.
