OK. Telegram is a social media and messaging site and app. I downloaded the PC desktop app which is needed to view some videos. It has android and other apps.  It is harmless and I  never used the messaging part. You can ask Grok.

Early on in the Ukraine troubles I watched lots of mostly civilian testimonies from Mariupol and elsewhere.
They showed a different picture of things. Telegram is often used in Ukraine and Russia and such content is often shared on telegram channels.

Western MSM:
Russia launched a rocket attack on a non-military target on Suny Ukraine on Palm Sunday killing worshipers.

Telegram:
Ukrainian mayor- said it was a military awards ceremony held in the center of the city in a non military building. Condemned those who organized it. Said the parents of the dead children might (or should?) kill the organizers.

Ukrainian member of Rada - condemned whoever thought holding a military awards ceremony in the center of town should be punished.

Ukrainian senior military guy - Admitted it was a military awards ceremony and he was there but said he did not organize it. Zelensky then fired him.

Some poster - posted a flyer or web posting of the ceremony schedule  including  "performance by children."

Yep, I was banned from X, 3 years ago without a chance to appeal. But that was always part of the plan, Musk doesn't like actual Conservatives.
I saw a lot of the early videos on rumble, how the Ukrainian Nazi were shelling neighborhoods, sniping the general population as they tried to clean up the mess, or the elderly just visiting neighbors or trying to get food.

That is why Putin invaded, he had no other options. Nazi's have always been evil.
