Been meaning to ask, with more people moving in are you seeing a difference in the bear's activity? 

Luckily, with all the high taxes, mortgage issues, fire insurance in California, etc., people are leaving because this is an expensive area in the State.
So not only is there less garbage, but there are also fewer trash cans to feed from and fewer pets.

Nucelinni made it damn near impossible to live here, let alone finance any kind of home. So yeah, fewer neighbors mean more rabbits, more rodents, and more predators.
I'm enjoying the loss of 10 million Plus People.

Hell, I think most of that 10 million moved here. There is one small town I lived in for about 15 years, population under 5,000. Last time I drove through it I got lost. Needless to say the cotton gin is no longer downtown.

I don't envy you. Most who bailed on Ca had no roots, came here for work, never cared about the State, took what they could, and bailed.
Now they're the rest of the Nations' problem.
