The constitution is pretty clear, Biden may issue a pardon for "Offences against the United States" He did not do this, he did not name any offences which he was pardoning for. No where in the constitution is there the power for a blanket pardon, the "just in case' pardon. No one was charged with a crime, so what exactly did Biden use the power to pardon for? The SCOTUS needs to set everything on hold until it rules on this injustice and the injustices brought on by far leftist judges who wish to be dictator. The damn republicans aren't doing thier job, mayube the SCOTUS will do theirs.
