So the big question will be will the Federal DOJ allow access by Florida to do their investigation? I'm guessing no. I'm guessing FBI Agent Jeffrey Veltri, who is investigating the attempt, and who is big anti Trump, will not allow Florida access. Hope Billy sees this and answers. Here is my amateur take on it. FBI will go to a federal judge who will tell Florida to turn him over. Federal law trumps state law. The question to ask, why does he need to be turned over? The feds can interview him WHEREVER he is. There are federal courts in Florida. He is being charged with state laws too! Where is all this unity the left keeps talking about.
