Pennsylvania Judge Rules That Trump Has Presidential Immunity on Elections Claims

A Pennsylvania state judge has ruled that an election worker cannot sue President Donald Trump over statements he made about the 2020 election while in office because the statements are protected by presidential immunity.

Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Judge Michael Erdos said Trump's immunity covered a tweet he issued and comments he made during a Pennsylvania state Senate committee hearing in November 2020.

"Other legal proceedings may examine the propriety of his statements and actions while he was the President and whether, as the plaintiffs in this and other cases contend, it was this conduct which served as the actual threat to our democracy," Erdos ruled.

"But this case is not the proper place to do so.

"Here, Trump is entitled to Presidential immunity."

The left is panicking, fingers are starting to point at Obama for who knew what. This sh-t show is to keep the evening news on the subject of Trump and hopefully damage him so he will not be the republican nominee. Biden is damaged beyond repair, the panic is not for him. Biden can go under and the party will not suffer, but if Obama goes, so does the party. That part is just my opinion, but when a party hits the panic button they start doing stupid things.

That's always a possibility. The White Hats have kept an extremely low profile, yet we see their results daily.
But as you said, the Cabal is no longer in control, just like Biden never made a single decision on his own since the left stole the election.

You're pretty on target, I believe.
Everything that's happened was once conspiratorial, only to be proven correct.
It is obvious the left is Hell bent on destroying our culture/country, and I believe they will stop at nothing to succeed.

With that said, I'm ready, by more than 90% of the Nation, the cities will suffer the most, especially DNC run shitholes.
But the rest of the nation is sane and will do just fine because they are prepared and have always been relatively self sufficient, and they believe in community, so they'll work together along with their sheriff to keep things orderly.

Internet? I have Starlink, so no matter where it's shutdown, there will always be an uplink because the satellites communicate with one another to find a download/upload point. Be it India or Vietnam, they can't turn off the entire web.
