Here's the thing: it doesn't matter whether or not you think the imprisoned patriots were 'rioters' or not, or whether they should be in prison, or not.

For the sake of argument, let's agree that what they did was wrong. (I certainly think it was wrong tactically.)

The fact is, they believed, rightly or wrongly, that the election had been stolen. They went to Washington to protest this fact. They ended up entering the Capitol -- perhaps encouraged by agents provocateurs planted in the crowed, perhaps encouraged by seeing policemen opening doors for them.

(Sidenote: there are two kinds of groups: (1) organized, with a leadership which has elevated to that position by the membership, which acts in concert. If the leadership is sound, this allows everyone in the group to act in the manner of its most intelligent, knowledgeable members of the group.  In contrast is (2), an unorganized group, sometimes called a 'mob', which acts according to the most impulsive, least intelligent members of the group ... or sometimes, according to planted enemy agents in the group.  6 January was an example of the latter. We need -- but do not now have -- the former.)

So, let's assume they were misguided. Let's assume that, in retrospect, they acted unwisely, and/or fell into a trap.

The point is: THEY ARE OUR OWN.  The Left goes to great lengths to support their people when the get jailed. We need to learn from the enemy.

Go out, buy a dozen postcards, put the names of the patriots in the Original Post on them, send all of them to the Patriot Mail Project.  It will take half an hour. Be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only.
