Dumb question here: I want to add a meme. How do I do it? Do I need a URL, as it appears I do? Ive got them on my own computer.
And I assume it's one per post, and a post is a 'reply' to a previous post.

Hey Doug, if they're on your computer, they will need a host site to post them here.
Our site does not have permission to see in your computer.
Most of what I post came from someone who already had a hosting site, like this one for example.

You join, then upload your pics there, and then link to their site to post here.
