How about:
Charge "brands" money since they exist for profit and they should not be getting free advertising. Brands should include those that are "working" other than on an individual basis. A sports fan griping about his favorite team is one thing and someone trying to be the next Stephan A. Smith is another.

Give people a red check to indicate that they are left wingers, fake news, woke, and not safe for kids. No amount of money should change that. Give a black (permanently, Antifa) or brown (temporary/probationary, dependent on the accusation, fake news and apologists) to those are being closely watched and anything will be reported to local law enforcement, federal authorities, or the like. All Tweets will be gathered and voluntary given to law enforcement or whistle-blowers.

Give people a green check to indicate that they are not involved with politics, which could include being "safer" for kids. One wrong Tweet should automatically convert them to red (permanently) or orange (temporary/probationary, dependent on the accusation).

Give people a yellow check mark to a brand that is generally not recommended for kids (such as an alcoholic brand, firearms brand, non-kids brand, etc.). One wrong Tweet should automatically convert them to red (permanently) or orange (temporary/probationary) dependent on the accusation).

Other colors can represent other things, but you get the idea.
