I don't see it as a narrative.  I don't see anything that, as of now, would make me disbelieve the story that Fetterman checked into the hospital for depression.  A lack of a video doesn't change my mind because it's perfectly normal to use only pics on web articles and the people doing the article aren't trying to convince people who are looking for reasons to question the story.

We need liberals here, but ones who can hold an intelligent thought and back it up. But that is kinda of like wishing for the rainbow unicorn.

I keep hoping he is going to get better. You can post article after article all proving the same point, and he will stand there and claim we have posted no proof while he is posting nothing.
