All committees get re-assigned in January?? Seems like I remember that from a long time ago. If she is on it afterwards it will tell us how the next two years will go.

As I understand it there are two types of committees. One is a "standing" committee and each party determines its members. Then there "special" committees like the Jan. 6 committee where the majority can determine members.
