I love the guy, even for being the bonehead he is.
His name is Lux, pronounced Looxe, German. The Gumby drops his toy, and he always has something in his mouth and this was a crappy frisbee that both had chewed the center out of.

Note how everything, every smell yanks his nose around. Well, he got distracted, dropped the toy and took off after Diesel, then a few hundred feet down the road, it hit him, I have nothing in my mouth and he comes running back, forgot why he was there because his nose once again, betrayed him.
I swear, it's always a "See The Bunny" moment with this nut. Then he remembers the toy, gets so excited he can't hang onto it.

He's a great watch dog/protector, sweet as Hell to everyone he knows, but about as bright as a lightbulb from Jesus time.

Yep! And those too cheap or lazy, or simply too stupid to protect their animals will be devastated come Spring.
Happens every year. Momma teaches them to hunt and kill, not so much eat, but slaughter entire herds of goats etc.

My neighbor thought she could keep her goats corralled one evening down by the road, a 1000' from the house, she never heard a sound, but 24 goats were slaughtered, none taken.
It's life in the wilderness and these idiots are clueless. Yeah, she was from the Bay Area.

There are two cats that look identical, this one in the video, and a male. For the longest time we thought it was one cat.
Early on we thought it was our cat until we saw it next to something for size. Our cat would be dinner to this cat.

Domesticated Rats with antlers. (personal opinion)

When I was stationed in Monterey, you'd see herds roaming around. I'm sure it's still like that today considering the coast range is so close and they closed Ft Ord with thousands of acres of woods returned to its original state.

I bet they got a huge kick out of that. Wait for when the lions show up.
