My sister has sent her child to a private school to avoid the crap that's going on in the public schools.  He is now in the 8th grade and has been attending this school since kindergarten.  All was well until this year.  The school removed several administrators and well-liked teachers and replaced several of them with "woke" teachers.  Last spring they hosted a pizza party.  My nephew asked if he could have some pizza and was told "no, it's only for students of color".  The students were administered a questionnaire to identify their sexual orientation.  This month there was another questionnaire asking questions which encouraged the kids to consider other gender ids.  What their "pronouns" were etc.  They were also asked about which political party they identified.   This all occurred after everyone paid their tuition in full.  There is no way to escape this.  It appears that these surveys are being choreographed across the country. I don't know how they are managing this.  They must be holding their accreditation over their heads.  There is no escaping this.  I am afraid that we won't win this.

It literally sounds like a planned attack. Say nothing till they've all paid, then we;'ll have a captive audience for at least one year.

Wait, so you are saying it was the PRIVATE school which also went woke?

Im really sorry to hear that and the fact it was after they got your money is close to criminal. You will have to get thru this year but def pull them out after, there are PLENTY of private schools. I went to a christian boarding private high school about an hour and a half away from home, went home most weekends.

Also there is home school and if you cant do that I know there are other families who get together with other homeschoolers and hire a teacher, so basically several families create their own at home school and share the cost.

No we are def winning this as the private school industry is skyrocketing to meet demand. But until it does the cost will still be high.

Can they be sued since it is a private school?

Can your bank reverse payment?

I don't think they can turn a child into a fairy.
So why would they even mention the other ways to go.

Home schooling is the only safe and sure bet.

This is not a religious school.  There are no refunds after payment.  Yes I think home schooling is the only way to go.  I wonder how many people will try and turn to private schools to escape what is going on in the public schools only to find that they are paying high tuition prices for the same BS. 

Eighth grade students don't have political parties, sexual orientations, gender identifications, pro-nouns, or any of that. They get brainwashed to regurgitate those things from sick-minded adults.

Religious schools can turn into churches depending on who is in charge: rainbow flags, BLM, etc. When I posted about a relative going to a religious college, I looked at the website and had general concerns about them (some where not related to religion nor race, put freedom).

We need to defund public schools by having vouchers.

Yes I think that you are right. We need school vouchers that are tied to the student not to the school.  Most of the problems at these schools is because government money is used to control.  New Hampshire passed a bill last year to give money to the student as a voucher.  Parents could then select any private, charter school or use the money for home schooling.   The program had far more applicants than was expected,  Unfortunately it was available for everyone only low income households.  But it's a step in the right direction.
