That's not a question, but it would make a damn good one. Right now Taiwan has a great economy, as soon as the CCP takes over, that will go downhill but could be a quick fix even if short lived. Would they gain that much financially if they piss off the world? How much will keeping the peace costs? I'm sure there is our latest tech there, but I'm also sure the democrats have made sure China is up to date. Hell, Biden gives them everything they want. National pride? I have a hard time believing that one. I can't help but think there are more reasons not to than there are to. I do not think there is anything this elite bunch would not do to stay in power. I can see China being given the green light behind closed doors, while Biden acts tough in front of the cameras, just like he pulled in the Ukraine. It's not going to be cheap for China.
