Same here, looking to the east there is a glow where you can not see any stars up to about 25  degrees. West, south, and north not too bad. Can't complain too much, east is Fort Hood, and the towns that surround it. Even though it is 40 miles away, the glow is there. I am lucky, I can remember what the stars used to look like when I was a kid.

Same Here. Grew up in Sacto, Ca capitol, quiet cow town, all lights out at night because there was no crime.
Moved 70 miles to the East in the Sierra 30+ years go by and the pricks started putting in streetlights everywhere.
East is clear, but to the West, a dull glow vacant of stars.
