Based on the varying descriptions and pics, it looks like the old house was torn down in a new one built in its place. Either way, what is relevant in this discussion is that there is a house on the lot at 13226 w. Beverly.

One thing the county assessor did get wrong is that you can't legally forward absentee / mail in ballots. If the ballots were forwarded and used, that would be illegal, but not the type of voter fraud we are looking for here, if the person voting was legally registered.

I wouldn't take the word of an actual statistician without specific examples.  Again, not one example of verifiable voter fraud has been provided in the initial report, but the fact that she is a realtor by trade means that the odds of mathematical/statistical mistakes being made is increased.

Remember, we already know the govt is in on the steal and thus nothing any government official says can be completely trusted.
Remember, we already know this canvass is 100% credible and legit. Whatever their findings are that is the reality of the count.
Remember, we have already proven it impossible for biden to have won and that there was massive cheating, so these canvass results pass the common sense test.

Remember, we have already shown you absolute proof the election was stolen and not only could you provide no proof biden won but you wont even look at the evidence trump won.

So we know you would normally trust this report except that it says something you dont like and that hurts your side, so of course you wont trust it.

We don't know her abilities.  She may be a great statistician...who just decided to get into real estate.
