Our Founders were well aware of the power of govt, which is why they created 3 "EQUAL" branches of govt, designed to create gridlock, maintaining States Rights as a barrier to corruption.

Yet our scum Reps found workarounds by usurping the power of the States with free taxpayer money to buy influence.
