Well, I knew it would be a guilty verdict.  They have to appease the masses.  Later, when BLM is out house shopping,  the appellate court will slip in the real decision.

Who is the appellate court  made  up of? I hope this  is a lesson to all police. If at all possible ignore  criminal activity.

I don't believe they alleged it was premeditated. The wording the judge used it when reading the verdict was "unintentional 2nd degree murder" (or "2nd degree unintentional murder").

But, from what I've gathered from listening to Barnes Law/Viva Frei podcasts is that Minnesota laws on this are screwy.

Nothing but a kangaro court, farce and travesty  all the way around. The biggest farce is all the different counts for the same supposed offence. You can only kill a person once so there should only be a single count you can be guilty of. How do you commit both murder and manslauter for the same killing? It's one or the other not both.

I stopped wathing Fox too. My opinion is Fox can go fuck themselves and I think they did that very thing.

It's a shame justice was tainted by democrats...like the democrat kkk did back in the day terrorizing juries to convince blacks....
