I  believe  it because  it makes sense. The rep leadership is going  back to contracting the rep party  instead  of expanding  it  like Trump did. Pence has  zero chance  of winning in 2024 whether he gets nominated  or  not. If the rep party  nominates a  collaborater of the establishment then a third  party will ensure they dont  get to 25%

It will be interesting to watch. Pence won't get my vote because he was a turncoat. It doesn't matter to me what the party is nor whether he gets the nomination, I still won't support him nor vote for him.

President Trump has come to terms with Pence and although he was disappointed in what Pence was not willing to do, Pence will still be useful  Pence was a good policy person reinforcing the Trump policy positions. If he forms a PAC which focuses on supporting these policies, then he will be useful. Few individuals have the courage and character of President Trump, but all this means is they can be useful to a certain point and not beyond that. Pence is not a Leader!
