President Assad condemns liberalism is a recent speech. He thinks it is nutty. He uses "Neo-Liberalism" which is an economic policy, but he means the new type of liberalism. Assad said liberalism is moral degenecy I guess this explains the reason Biden hates Assad so much, the two are opposites in ideas.
