And we are to think that matters to the 80 year old. I do know one thing, I will be carrying way past my 80's. They can always ask the body if there was any hate or not.

Probably if the beater was white and the victim Black it would legitimately indicate a hate crime.    LOL

This hate crime legislation...it is sorta obvious what the intent to that law was...unfortunately for the left it backfires on them.

I love that people need to hear the words Hate Crime, when that is as important as calling someone a racist.  A liberal controlled prosecutor in a liberal controlled city, and a liberal controlled state is never going to declare any crime by a minority as a hate crime, because only white people can be racist.

Hmm...  Are not all violent riots "Hate Crimes" in a way.  Why are the Governor and Mayor doing something about it?

These stories need to be put on blast for a while on FOX and OAN to continually remind folks.
