The targeted man in blue shirt didn't start it and was running for his life...he was tackled and some potential murderer was yelling 'we gonna kill you'  some facsimile thereof...>The guy tumbles and comes up with a gun in his hand...righteous shot in my opinion.    Now the left is demonizing the guy for saving his own life.
