Twitter can be slow, sometimes you just have to wait for it to fully load. I've waited up to 3 minutes before it even loaded then fought to get it to play.
But this is worth the wait.

Update:  I had to click on the number of people who've watched it to go to twitter to view it.

Ah yes, a browser issue. I use several browsers throughout the day, my Brave does not play FOX videos. It's as biased as me.

Works on mine (Brave)...
