Solar and I were in the process of banning him, but not everyone wanted him banned, so, we left it to the forum.  Ricky is special, hence why we even put it to the forum.  Plus, it's been a year.


But no, we don't go back on our ban policy.  He snuck in by luck, so we just now know to look closer next time.
