Newly elected Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has apparently come far in her admiration for likely Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), going from picketing with environmentalists outside Pelosi's office on her first day in Washington, D.C., to defending the aging Democratic leader against "anti-Pelosi" activists.

It didn't take long for this dumb fool to learn that Pelosi is in charge.

Either she's already been beaten down completely, or she's just a normal dem whose beliefs change daily with the polls or the weather, or she's schizophrenic and will be a good company girl one day and a bomb thrower the next day, continually for the next 4 years.  My guess is the 3rd variant.  But it's fun to watch them beat each other down, or otherwise just be mentally ill as entertainment.  Fun times.

Everywhere you may read a good pulse of the dems, they are riding high !  They think they won the victory for the ages, with the house.  When they wake up in Nov 2020, regardless of what happens then, they will be shocked to see a SC, federal court system, and 9th circuit, all thin or devoid of leftists.  They will see many of their icons in federal jails and courtrooms, hopefully.  They will still see a booming economy that celebrates capitalism and the constitution.

But they've won it all for now ! lol

That's spot on!

In the end, no matter how much she preaches about fighting the high ranking Dems she will always fall in line with them. She wants the support and she wants the backing of the party. Without that she is nothing.

She's just a louder, dumber version of Bernie Sanders and will end up just like him. A career back bencher who accomplished nothing.

We can only hope. Only she is young, vibrant and has a connection with younger voters. A lot of people my age support her and see her as the next thing. If she can rally a lot of younger voters in my age group, she is going to be a serious threat.

These far leftists do well in the primaries and then fail at the end. Her appeal will be limited because her policies are the same garbage the democrats have been pushing but without the mask. Aside from that she wants to primary establishment democrats which means she wants to put their seat at the gravy train in peril. Even Bernie was not that stupid. She'll be ignored and get almost no financial support from the party.
