I pointed it out, because you, more than any other member tend to "accidentally" quote themselves.

I just went back over my last 210 posts which span back all the way to Super Tuesday on March 15th, and the only time I (accidentally) quoted myself was in this thread earlier this morning.

From the day I came here back on Feb 18th through last Tuesday, there was never any issue with anything I posted. Since last Tuesday, the majority of my posts have been scrutinized and taken issue with by those who never had done so previously. Another poster, Jasmine, didnt appear to understand why Ive come up such sudden scrutiny either when she posted last week that she believed that I clearly wanted to be a serious contributor here.

I joined here because it appears to be a forum thats filled with posters who hold the same constitutional conservative values as myself, not to be scrutinized and have things that I post be taken into question.

Just heard the Rush explanation for this.
He actually made the claim that Trump holds the narrative of an inevitable win, and that this association was a way of creating the illusion that it's not over, that Cruz can still beat Trump.

What a load of bull shit! Rush is full of shit, the majority opinion is that Trump is in serious trouble and knows it, that a makeover to appear more Presidential is necessary, because the real Trump is seen as a buffoon.

I'm with you on that assessment - and it's sounding more and more like a hair-brain idea, if there's not an end-run or something in-the-pipe that needs a crazy idea like this - and it fails - what an embarrassment.

Did you just hear Rush incite riots when Trump loses?
But more importantly, he called Trumpanzees complete ignorant morons, I kid you not!
Why is it Cruz supporters understand the delegate process, that the avenue Cruz is taking in securing delegates, being completely within the rules, still escapes the Trump supporter?

Rush clearly stated that when Cruz wins because he secured some of the delegates that were previously forced by rule, that they are slated to support the states chosen winner, but are freed up after the first vote, can proceed to support Cruz.
He actually said that Trump supporters will riot, go ape shit, throw bananas and feces everywhere. OK, I embellish, but he actually said that Trump supporters are simply to damned stupid to understand "Rules".

Not literally, but it was a solid inference because he made the claim Trumpers will riot  over the issue.

What part of "bumping ones own thread is frowned upon" are you having trouble comprehending?
No one here is singling you out, so grow a damned set and quit whining!
When a mod calls you on an issue, don't throw a tantrum, wet yourself or threaten to hold your breath, just accept it as constructive criticism and move on.

No one is questioning what you post, I merely pointed out that if your thread isn't interesting and can't stand on it's own, don't keep bumping it, you'll piss off other members, who will start ignoring your every post.

Just heard Indiana internal polling has Cruz and Trump in a statistical TIE.  Same source said it's do or die time - so Indiana will probably go for Cruz, some pac is pouring in the coin for the May 3rd primary, and all the stops are being pulled out.

Cruz has got this one, here's why.

a.  He's actually got a good ground game.
b.  His ads resonate with people, better than the constant boasting and negative ads of Trump.
c.  It's all over the media, the team game, Cruz & Kasich brought it out, instead of sneaky like Mr. Negative.
d.  IF voters take the que from Kasich and vote Cruz - Cruz wins.  If Trump wins - blame Kasich.

Still smells a bit fishy to me.   Time to visit TedCruz.org and send in another donation - putting my money where my mouth is.

Pretty sure thats the Club For Growth SuperPAC. If I remember correctly, they poured in a few million dollars into Wisconsin too.

The one downfall to this teaming up strategy is, if it does not work, the whole "Cruz could have won if Kasich wasn't in the race" won't play as well once you team up with Kasich.  I still think Cruz could have pulled better numbers in NM vs Kasich.

I don't think Kasich would qualify at the convention

Convention rule 40-b

Rule 40(b), which requires a candidate to win support from a majority of delegates in eight states in order to appear on convention ballots.

The rules can be changed as late as just a week or 2 before the convention.

I suppose, but they just had a meeting in Florida and voted NOT to change the rules.

I think at this point they are too scared to change anything as not to look like they are favoring anyone.

Has anyone else heard Hugh Hewitts delegate math?  I cant remember all of the numbers but he gives Trump 51 of 58 in Indiana and Trump still falls over 130 short going into California.  If Cruz pulls a heavy amount in Indiana an open convention is guaranteed.

Yea, heard him go over it a number of times, think Solar mentioned it in another thread too.

After tonight it just about weathering the media assault that its all over till we get to Indiana.

Did anyone catch Cruz on Hannity last night?  I taped it but wont watch till I get home today....unless its not worth the time
