The media likes Trump for the ratings he brings; but what they really want is the first woman President. Not only does Shillary win, but Trump will drag the Republican party down with him, and the Demorats definitely like the idea of that!

I agree, the media likes the ratings...they also salivate over train wrecks. 

Just now it's wall to wall coverage over Prince's death, which no doubt will flood their news rooms all weekend, up to and including the funeral.  Besides the actual episode, they'll bring in all their talking heads to dissect the man's life.
