A victory for Cruz would be:

1) Trump does not reach 50%

2) Cruz picks up a few delegates in the congressional districts

Cruz will do far better than expected due to outside the city of NY, where Trump is actually despised.

I expect Hillary will possibly take the state, but in truth, the Dim party is shrinking at a rapid rate, leaving a concentrated Marxist base who see Bernie as an interloper on Hillary's carpet bagged territory, yes, she will wrangle the majority of what is left of the base, about one third of what it was in 08.
Do the math, what's one third of 30%?

Its a given that Trump will take NY, by how much is what many are looking for. Heard a report yesterday that if he gets below 49% that it will be impossible going forward for him to get above 1100 delegates going into the convention and if he is 100-150 from the 1237 delegates that he will lose on the second ballot for sure if not the first.

Polls read by Glenn Beck have Trump winning at least 85 delegates.

A 2nd place and anything 25% or above Ill consider a win. A 2nd place and 23-25% Ill consider a mild loss but acceptable. Anything between 20-23% Ill consider a big loss. Anything less than 20% Ill consider an absolute failure.

I hope your right, but I don't have a good feeling about this one.  I lived in NJ for many years and people in the NYC metropolitan area are easily conned.

Turn off the TV, the NY/LSM is in the tank for Trump, they so badly need him winning because it's the only avenue to the WH for Hillary.
A Cruz win assures she goes down in flames.

It's not that the media loves Trump, it's that they know he has the highest unfavorable numbers of any candidate running for POTUS at this stage of the game "In The History of Campaigns".
In other words, they know what the rest of us know, Trump is a guaranteed loser and Hillary is guaranteed a win.

From what I read, Frank Luntz seems to be Trump will be over 60% and Cruz will come in a distant 3rd.

Is he ever right?  He's such a drama queen.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

I'll have to do some digging to find it but it seems I read a story awhile back that Luntz was a Trump donor or friend or something along that line..

I've never seen anything of the such. I have read a lot of stuff between Luntz and Rubio though.
