Trump my be just blowing smock up everyone's ass.

Snip~
The impassioned election-year debate over President Obama's immigration executive actions lands Monday before a short-handed Supreme Court, where justices will consider a fundamental question: how much power does the president truly have?

The justices plan to hold 90 minutes of oral arguments dealing with Obama's bid to spare millions of illegal immigrants from deportation.

So the best we will get is a 2 and 2 vote?  Wow all of 90 minutes!

Supreme Court Seems Divided on Obama Immigration Showdown

snip~
The U.S. Supreme Court appeared divided Monday on an issue hotly contested in the presidential campaign — a potential blow for the White House in the battle over President Obama's immigration policy that could shield more than four million people from deportation.

As justices peppered a lawyer for the Obama administration, it became clear that the court was struggling with the issues at the core of the case. The prospect of a 4-4 tie would mean a loss for the administration because it would leave a lower court order in place.

4-4 unless Roberts gets a call from Valerie Jarrett advising she has some more photos for him. If Obama gets bitch slapped on this one he will come unglued.

Some remarks by Justice Kennedy

"What we're doing is defining the limits of discretion.  And it seems to me that that is a legislative, not an executive act".

"The briefs go on for pages to the effect that the President has admitted a certain number of people and then Congress approves it.  That seems to me to have it backwards".

"It's as if .. that, the President is setting the policy and the Congress is executing it. That's just upside down".

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

So do I.

Of all the words in English which can tantalize and conjure, "if" Shrill had won and Hussein had lost, would we hitting bottom in 2016 or would we now simply be crawling from the wreckage? Would things be better after eight years under her than they have been under Hussein the Magnificent, Lord of the TelePrompter?™

Makes ya wanna wash your mouth out thinking of the answers, considering the Roberts nomination and a few other Hussein land-mines still ahead. She'd have named a different crony, but the Court would still be a 4-4 wreck after Scalia and our economy would still be flushable after Hillarycare. As for the rest of it---are we ahead without eight years of Shrill BEHIND us, or are we about to see how much worse it can get, now that she's finally about to get her chance?

Not that I would be one bit sorry to hear she suck-started a shotgun. Or Hussein. Maybe it's PARTICULARLY Hussein, because he did get to the Oval Office and did get to play grown-up (for all the good it did us except laughing at his incompetence). Hillary on the other hand is a knock-down drag-out thief with both hands, the old-style kind of Dem that ran Missouri until Harry Truman kicked their asses.

She would have simply stolen us blind on her way through the circus. Hussein raped us and stripped us of honor, of dignity, of hope itself. He was a racial demagogue of the worst sort, far worse than a Father Coughlin. He was worse than racist---he was childish and vindictive. But compared to Shrill, was Hussein better for us than worse?

After eight years of tyranny, treason and blatant disregard for every single thing it means to be an American, the communist-raised piece of shit whom we DID get was far worse than  Hildabeast, during this particular eight-year period in time. (Stopping her again is also going to be fun, with Bubba getting sloppy and doing uncomfortable-truths out in public, such as his advice to Black Lives Matter).

Interesting line of thought, I am thinking that given in history Women are always worse tyrants than men, we would be in a much worse position NOW had she won back 8 years ago. I don't think the Islam world would be so empowered  and so emboldened under Hillary as with Hussein  BUT A couple different scenario's.

If Madame LeFarge was Prez would Obamao have made a run for her second term....would he have won? If so we'd be facing the looming threat of two terms of Obamao instead of 2 terms of Hillary.  Would the pubs fare better against Obamao NOW than Hillary....I think not, not with that slick talking con man.

Hillary would have been much worse, While Obamao HATES America and Americans....Hillary just hates men, but she especially hates all who oppose her, she'd have gone after them with a vengeance and I mean the Biblical kind rather than Obamao's smarts ass drop my pants and waggle my narrow ass at you coz you can't do anything so there nyah nyah nyah.

I'm fairly certain Hillary will lose to (Hopefully) Cruz but she'd probably loose to Trump as well. But ould Cruz or Trump be able to beat Obamao? I doubt it, and heres another interesting conjecture....If Hillary was Prez the past 8 years would her Buddy Trump even be running?

Inherent in this is your assumption she would be challenged at all, or, more accurately, defeated after one term. (Is this correct thus far?)

Stand by for unicorn farts here, but unlike Obama, Hildabeast would at least keep up a pretense of competency and DNC bulls would scarcely allow any upstart (however black) to usurp her time on the throne. Had she been allowed to keep ALL her Florida and Michigan delegates, we would be ending her eight years and Obama would probably be...damn, I simply can't picture it. Hindsight overwhelms. Must attune to new paradigms. (*CHOKE*)

Would Weepy Boehner and his anus-dweller pal Harry Reid both still be in charge of the Surrender Posse? In that case I'd agree. Without Boehner, Hillary would force the GOP into acting like an opposition party and not an adjunct.

I don't doubt there will be plenty of business for contract killers on her watch.

As for this following part: hang on. This is the wildest primary campaign I have ever seen, and absolutely anything is still possible.
