I remember back in Air Force Basic Training (Let's just call it 1970something  ) we were filling out a medical history form. Our T.I. gave us some advice. He said that when it comes to the part about "Have you ever considered suicide" unless you wanted to spend the next couple of months in a psych-ward in a tuxedo with arms that tied in the back, not to answer "yes".

I see they are now applying this to Gun Ownership!

How depressing! Ooops.

This will end up with unintended consequences. People will shy away from seeking help. Those that need medication will be more likely to not go to their doctors to get a prescription.

Obozo and Co can issue all the EO's he wants, but it won't stop anyone from getting a gun.

Boo is right! No one is going to admit they have depression issues. I'm waiting for my doc to ask me; 'I'm depressed that Obozo is president.'

I was a young Marine infantryman in a combat zone. With all the trouble I was going too, just to stay alive, I have to answer a resounding NO!

We all know the only purpose of this action is because Obamao is P.O, so many people are making fun of him, his boyfriend Reggie and his beast of a wife.

None of these "orders" are going to top any one from buying a gun, carrying a gun or most significantly using a gun in a crime.

This is what I do see, the primary group of people whose rights will be most infringed upon are US Veterans, past and present......the marxist regime already declared us "potential terrorists" and a threat to the USA. Now every one of those guys returning from a combat theater is going to be reported by the company medical CO. The FBI is going to use this as a watch list.

what is gonna happen if you get reported???????? Well your name goes into their data base.... now becaue of that can they stop you from buying a gun? Can they take your guns from you? Can they revoke your CCW?

If they do any of those things they better be going to court to get warrants,  commitment orders or something else in line with due process, if not the collective legal scream from the gun lobby will burst their little shell like ears.

Hmmm.... prevent the most experienced and qualified (military) from owning guns, (not even at a recruiting center) .... weakening the defenses of the USA, one group at a time.

The Constitution certainly makes no provision for, or enumerate any authority for the Federal Government to strip away a citizen's right's, period in the first place.

But nowhere, nowhere is the government ever empowered by our Constitution to do so based upon an alleged, perceived or even an actual illness.

Yet this President, thinks that not only should he be able to unfairly target a group which often times cannot speak up for itself.

He has the audacity to actually think, he can issue an executive order, which modify's, or flat out repeals.

An already existent, duly passed and codified federal law.

Namely: What most of you know as The HIPPA act. Yeah, it's ok for that law to be a pain in your own ass, when trying to get your own medical information and records.

But not the Obozo administration. No, it's ok to violate that law if it benefits them. There's never been a President in our History that is more deserving of impeachment, AND yes removal from office.

Boy, you've got that right! I remember when I tried to access my own medical records at a hospital where I worked at. You wouldn't believe the looks the medical records staff gave me and the hoops I had to jump through to get those records. And that was twenty years ago!
