Are you sure there teaching that in schools in this day and age?   :glare:
Depends on where the school is located.  They still teach it here in Montana, even in the more liberal areas of Missoula and Bozeman - which most of the rest of Montana refers to as "little California".

Besides, I was referring to the membership of this board, not the poor unwilling victims of state propaganda.

Lived in West Glacier for 2 years and did my first 2 years of High School in Kalispell Montana.  Back then most little town had 2 names in that area.  One by the Highway department and one by the Burlington Northern railroad.  Later it became the BNSF.

No sh*t?

I grew up in West Glacier (aka Belton) from age 9 months to just under 13 (from 1960-1972), when Dad was transferred to Billings. He worked for the Great Northern Freightliner Division (trucking), which became the BN Transport, but retired before BN dumped trucking altogether and became BNSF).

My older brother attended Columbia Falls High - home of the Wildcats! I went briefly to Columbia Falls Jr. High before we were transferred to Billings.

Living in Belgrade, just outside "little California" now.  I still consider the Flathead my "home", plan to move there when I retire.

And Glacier is the place God made after practicing on the rest of the world!

Cryptic Bert

I'm not sure that's constitutional.

I agree.  It is the prettiest of all the National Parks!!  Beautiful place.

But I cannot imagine living in that area year round.... freezes the socks off me!   :scared:

Every other country in the world manages to track people who are in their country without citizenship.  Are we so backward that we cannot keep up with third world technology?????

Does anyone remember those TV ads in the '60s
where they reminded all aliens that
they were required to register with the government every year in January?

Apparently that requirement was removed by the immigration reform act of 1965.

I asked my mom back then about those ads
and she explained that they're talking about foreigners,
not space aliens.

Here are the 10 RINOs who voted to impeach Trump on Jan. 13, 2021 - NEVER forget!
WY  Liz Cheney      SC 7  Tom Rice             WA 4  Dan Newhouse    IL 16  Adam Kinzinger    OH 16  Anthony Gonzalez
MI 6  Fred Upton    WA 3  Jaime Herrera Beutler    MI 3  Peter Meijer       NY 24  John Katko       CA 21  David Valadao
