She's always wanted a patio kitchen, like a literal outdoor kitchen.
Well, she needed a new BBQ because her old Weber just wasn't big enough, so she was looking at the next size up.
Well, I looked and said why settle? she says "Budget".

I looked them over, and ...being a man, I said lets get the top of the line....
Man...BBQ good, man eat meat, must have plenty of meat.

So we got something to handle the issue my stomach refused to compromise on.
Looks like something out of a 1930 scifi movie.

Looks great.

But in all my years of BBQing I have yet to use a rotisserie.  I just light the two out side burner and put the meat in the center and it does a great job.  Full chickens come out golden brown and juicy.  Did a Try Tip roast Monday night the same way and well have the left overs on Wednesday night.

I have a Brinks huge charcoal BBQ and the only time we use it is to rotisserie.
Though it's reserved for the big stuff like roasts and turkeys, but now that we have this with a smoker, I'll probably sell it.
I really love the "NO BURN" effect and even cooking.
Bought it at a yard sale for $40.0 the guy used it once and had to sell it, he paid more than $200.0 for it.
Problem with it, was it's too damn big unless you're feeding 20 or more people.

I expected it, because I'd have done the same thing. Like anything new, you have to figure out it's strengths and weaknesses and adapt.

Nothing like a nice BBQ steak in the middle of December and January.
