Jennifer Cramblett sought damages from the Midwest Sperm Bank of Downers Grove, Illinois for wrongful birth and breach of warranty, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Ms Cramblett and her same sex partner bought sperm from the sperm bank.
But because of a clerical error, she was sent sperm provided by a black donor.
Ms Cramblett told the court that she did love her mixed race daughter, Peyton, who is now aged three.
But because of her upbringing she had stereotypical attitudes about black people and had "limited cultural competency" when dealing with African-Americans.
The sperm bank has apologised and paid a partial refund.

I plead no contest to that one. But then again I'm old enough to defend myself, and that's NOT the kind of victims liberals prefer while trying to get their own despicable way.

The part I still cannot grasp is how leftists will adopt foreign babies (or older children) at a far faster rate than any U.S.-born kids. Is it they hate America so much they want to import anything that is NOT American, to dilute our national brand?

Wouldn't that make a great story?  Two identical twins with the same DNA, never knowing each other and having two different lives, when one gets accused of fathering a child he didn't.
