No waiting time in Texas when you buy a gun.

I bought one about a month ago and took it home with me immediately.  I think they ran a quick background check while I was there but it didn't take more than five minutes.  That was my first purchase.

Our gun ranges have the same rules as yours.  At no time are we allowed to just hold the gun to our sides it must be laid on the counter in your space pointing down range. Safety on at all times if you are not firing it...
