This should never have happened.  He should have ALREADY been tried, convicted (it's open and shut), and executed.  He should have been tried in absentia and had a Daisy Cutter dropped on his head.

Agreed. Hussein will probably have a pardons-list the size of an old Manhattan phone book. Every drug offender (O's already pardoned some), every race-thug, every radical POS who can do our country harm, and of course violent felons. Hurry, hurry: treasonist yard-sale.....
