The "spike" we see in crime there. Is because the P.D. there, is intentionally not doing it's job.

Because the lower ranks in the force, don't think the Higher up's will have their back.

Excuse me for pointing this out. But that's against the law, and bluntly put, is also a violation of a police officers oath of service.

Baltimore should fire the lot. And replace them with people who will do their job, and take their oath of service seriously.

We say that about Congress all the time. Why should it be any different because it's this arm of the government?

This all goes back to the directive to the P.D. by the Mayor of Baltimore.  SHE is the culprit that put the police in a "no win" situation.  She would not allow them to stop the looting during the riots.
