it's very difficult to stay tolerant, frankly. Perhaps they just lack education. But they could work somewhere on a farm instead of hanging in the cities and doing there some criminal things.

Tolerance should be blind to skin color and race. However, no one has to be tolerant of bad behavior. If you are trying to stoke racism here this is not the place.
