  They should do that for every person in government.   From the very top down.  But it would have to be done in 2017, b o would not allow it.

I know from a certain political point of view homosexuality is considered "abnormal". But is it really? After all it does occurr in nature, in other species of animals. So how, outside of our own created moralities, do we say what is or isn't normal?

It would actually put him in a Catch 22.  If he vetoes it, he is admitting his Hallmark legislation is undesirable.

So, I would expect him to sock it to the Court and force them onto SCOTUScare! ..... after all, they put their own stamp of approval on it!!!
