camp, I mean the guy has got to be on PCP or something.

You mean its not true the government know how to spend it more wisely?

Krugman knows this is a stupid suggestion, you know all the British millionaires took their money elsewhere when they had that law, and millionaires have accountants who can work out how to get around the rules.

Try it on the democrat-voting multi-millionaires first. John Kerry would be a good one to ask to volunteer first.

The would not only stop the creation of new small businesses, but it would prompt lots of the ones currently open to close down.
