Yes he did, didn't he?  I really enjoyed the Paul Harvey talks when I was growing up.

Hey sups thanks for the link. I haven't heard Paul Harvey in a long long time. That said, what he says here, is almost prophetic isn't it?
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

Yes, thanks for the link.  I am sending it to my mailing list.

I wonder when Harvey made this audio?  How many years ago?  He has been dead for a very long time now.

I think I have actually heard it in the past.

If I recall it was the late 60's.

He was a great thinker and orator.

I think the clip was around the time of the AIDS scare though.  The mention of " diseases without a cure. "

I 'discovered' him around 1960 when I was confined-to-bed with the measles, and my mom gave me an AM-radio to distract me from comic-books.

47 years ago from 2015 is (was) 1968. (Where'd that year-reference come from?)

Harvey died in 2009...and we got cheated on this clip (which does offer some very good graphics). It's played-back fast, and omits part of the classic sign-off..."Paul Harvey --- good day!"
