QuotePresident Barack Obama's bid to make overhauling immigration policy a second term victory was dealt a serious blow as federal judges ruled the effort must remain on hold while 26 states sue to overturn it.
Obama's executive orders, which would allow 5 million undocumented immigrants to remain in the country, must be delayed until the lawsuit is resolved, the U.S. Court of Appeals in New Orleans ruled. The contentious case has drawn sometimes furious opposition from hundreds of members of Congress, and more than a few presidential contenders.

The U.S. Court of Appeals in New Orleans ruled Tuesday in a 2-1 decision that the federal government wasn't likely to win the appeal. It refused to lift a federal judge's injunction banning the changes from taking effect before the litigation is resolved.

Republican lawmakers have seized on the executive orders, accusing Obama of ignoring the Constitution and making the move to shore up Latino support for Democrats in 2016.

I am sure they knew this was coming and it's not over yet! I expect them to reword it and reorder it under a new order after this judge knocks it down But it is going to be fun to watch!!

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

Think we'll ever see tantrum videos of Obama like all those Hitler clips on YouTube making the rounds?

He had better be careful dealing with the federal courts! He can tie Congresses hands by stopping the justice department from perusing charges but a federal judge can bypass the justice department and appoint an independent prosecutor to investigate and charge contempt violations! The judge may not get Obama but he sure as hell can go after Department heads and the DOJ Atty's representing this administration in court!
No this isn't over but it is getting really fun to watch! The real Question is will The administration appeal to the full 5th circuit? That would be the next step!
