As a Norwegian I'm very sorry for that, but remember Jens Stoltenberg called Obama over three times and Obama declined every invitation. Giving Obama the Peace Prize was the only way to get Obama to come to Norway so Stoltenberg could have his moment with the Messiah, and maybe just maybe boost his own ratings. Can you really blame the fella?
