First yellow light is Michigan's "Republican" Governor. When did that ever happen?
Second is presenting this a a revitalization or a business revitalization mission.  Right.  Let's see, which model should we use, the Iranian?  How about the Saudi Arabian? Or, maybe we should base this revitalization on the Libyan model.

Thereby providing further fuel to the speculation that ISIS was created to produce another million Syrian refugees and the pity to fast track them. Parts of it, yes. Downtown is coming back, as is what was once the Cass Corridor (now "Midtown" in a PR change). The city is still tearing down vacant buildings and the neighborhoods are increasingly devoting time toward beautification of vacant land.

On the other hand, the city isn't fixing broken fire hydrants and are losing entire neighborhoods as a result when the few WORKING fire trucks roll up but can't draw more water than they carry for fighting fires that break out while they literally are fighting another. Serial arson is a contact sport, evidently. That or someone with big plans needs big acreage to pull it off.

I doubt that last one if the muslims seize the city. Business isn't that stupid, and neither are their insurance carriers.

I couldn't disagree more. I am not for cedeing so much as an inch of American territory to these towel head muscums...err I mean Islamists.

Here we go!  So just say that the whole city is turned into a muslim community.  Now we know how they do things in the ME.  One set of muslims doesn't like another set of muslims so they set out to destroy each other, murdering, raping and destroying property.  So that makes  your last statement truer than you think.  They'd better bring their insurance carriers with them when they integrate 'cause given their record of loving to fight all the time they'll need their own terrorist backed businesses.
