The ACLU is in fear of becoming irrelevant, after all, they pushed for the very society the Marxist is attempting to create.
So it only figures they'd fear people will finally recognize what their end goal has been all along.

The Constitution should be taught year round. Not just on one day.

That said, everyone who paid the University of Chicago student course fees, for Obama to teach them about the Constitution, should demand their money back.
