Wow!! there a little slow, but then it is the government.
IF there no chance then why change your password.
So now if hacker's get all your data, it was Heartbleed.  This is called one more CYA.

snip~
Users of the federal heath care exchange site have been advised to change their passwords this weekend after the Obama administration reviewed the government's vulnerability to the Heartbleed Internet security bug.

Senior administration officials told the Associated Press that there was no indication that the HealthCare.gov site had been compromised and the action is being taken out of an abundance of caution. The government's Heartbleed review is ongoing, the officials said, and users of other websites may also be told to change their passwords in the coming days, including those with accounts on the popular WhiteHouse.gov petitions page.

You know it and I know it.  Also every time you go to the doctor, as your information is all on computer now.

It is absolutely known that this site is not secure and it was confirmed in hearings where the contractors and security experts did not try to even spin that it might be secure. I saw a letter that was sent directly to a close friend from one of the people working to fix the system and the whole thing is one big mess of proportions that I have not heard through the media.  They have spent so little attention to security that it is not surprising to hear them say their is no evidence that any info has been hacked. To suggest that all the hackers on earth have been unsuccessful in getting at info that should be secure is so implausible when you consider that computer experts have been able to get access to private data without actually attempting to hack the site.

If you put your personal data there it is pretty likely that you are at risk.

Forget heartbleed, a 12 year old could hack the website...
