Andy, you're looking right at it but not seeing it. This is an excellent example of "death by a thousand cuts," sometimes called creeping normality. Good metaphors include the camel's nose under the tent flap and the frog slowly coming to a boil. The Left has mastered the technique and it is the essence of the Democrat approach to KenyaCare -- "We'll have to pass the bill to find out what's in it." They knew that exposing the entire scheme at once would be instant political suicide, and they've been relying on the drip-drip-drip approach for going on five years to get this Frankenstein monster woven into the fabric of the nation.
Lol......are you saying I'm wrong...... Or correct ?    With all the MSM outstanding PR, delays by Obama fiat that make the "frog boil" totally accurate, whitewash of the enrollment failures......and nobody acting against any of it, it looks like we're losing big right now.

While everything they're doing is illegal and unconstitutional.....and nobody can be bothered to act on this.

Just like IRS, Benghazi, NSA, F&F..........we have them dead to rights, and they're laughing that nothing will be done anyway.

This is nothing but scare tactics, but it will work with many employers. I cannot imagine a DOJ effort to enforce has any long time chance of being successful under First Amendment  issues. Hopefully, a employer cannot be prosecuted for telling the truth. The problem is many employers will just not give a reason other than, "due to rising operating costs I will not be able to keep you." This is easier than paying the legals costs of fighting the decree. It is just another example of how much of a disaster this law is.
