While millions of Americans deal with the fallout of ObamaCare in the form of increased premiums prices and cancellations, the New York Post reports that President Obama has already moved to protect his Big Labor allies from paying their "fair share." After publicly refusing to do so, the Administration has quietly "sneaked in a rule that would let some labor unions off the hook for an ObamaCare tax."

So if everyone loses their health care if their are any changes,how are they effected if the law itself changes? Republicans need to take the law back to the USSC, claiming that Obama has made so many changes, that the law is no longer the law that Congress intended and passed. Anyone affected by the law should sue, we should have about 15,000,000 people with standing.

WOW, that EO thing must be like Midas touch, or the hand of God, because last time I checked, Congress was the only office allowed to write, or change law.

The bitch slap is coming. Unless something changes (and I've posted my predictions elsewhere on the board), the employer mandate will kick in at the end of 2014. HHS wrote pretty much the same regulations for employer-sponsored health policies as those that are destroying the private market right now. I've read estimates that in excess of 100 million people will lose their current policies under the new KenyaCare regs.

And all those cancellation letters will go out starting next September, just weeks before the mid-term election.

Unilaterally postponing the employer mandate was patently illegal, a little fact that doesn't seem to slow down the Kenyan very much under any circumstances. But this time he screwed up.

Mary Landrieu and Joe Manchin have figured it out, and they're running for the hills. Others will follow. The circular firing squad has been arranged. Let's sit back and watch the bullets fly. 

I'm looking forward to the day when I look up 'lame duck' in the dictionary and I find a picture of the Kenyan.

And the people does nothing as well, history has shown populace to disarm voluntarily repeatedly before genocide in promise of being protected by the very people that hate them.

Seems to me that conservatives are divided among those that just want to be left alone, trying to survive as long as possible without getting the IRS or DHS after themselves, those who see political and social arena as lost and are just waiting for a armed revolution that will never come, and those trying to get the other two to vote.

Though I absolutely agree, it wasn't a reference to a metaphorical slap.
I mean literally slap the dog shit out of the guy and say it's from the American people.

But I'll happily settle for libs turning on the Dim party and staying home in rebellion.

I do believe that's going to happen anyway, there will be no reason to get all hyped up in the mid terms, there will be too many races to focus upon, the Dim money bucket is all but empty, so only a few selected seats will get the attention of the national party, many will be left on their own and most won't survive.

The lies, the endless scandals, just the fact that if you're a Dim, you own a failed socialist agenda, each and every Dim has a target on their back.
This is literally the perfect storm of politics, the ruling party owns every piece of crap wrong with the Nation, a Tea candidate with no baggage can point at their opponent and pick from a myriad of scandals to build their campaign around, whether it's higher HC costs, unemployment and cut hours, to higher energy costs and everything in between, it's a potpourri for the TEA.

RINO on the other hand don't quite have the same selection, aside the fact many are on record of supporting illegal immigration, it's pretty much a given the TEA will kill in 2014.

Congress got their 75% subsidy so all is good.

I understand Mary Landrieu has a scheduling conflict and will be in Lake Charles. This is just the beginning of Obama being toxic for dems in 2014. There will be many more "scheduling conflicts".

I vote for those opposing Obama.  I give money to conservative candidates whenever I receive a request from one.  I never to give to the RNC or any of their PACs. I give only to individuals.  I am tired of hearing that I do nothing.  If there is anything else I can do within the law, kindly advise me and I'll do it.

I don't have a radio show or a TV show.  I have no way of pronouncing my political views to a large number of people.  Sponsor a show for me and I'll give 'em hell.
