This little girl needs a home. She is in terrible shape right now, but after Miss Dawn at Cookies for Kaiser gets through with her, she will be beautiful, I am sure.

She was scheduled to be euthanized and Miss Dawn had them put that on hold. When I saw the photo and the total look of fear and despair in her face, I got tears in my eyes. The Rocket Shooter and I were on the patio, he was wanting to be petted and loved, and I thought of this little queen. Cookies for Kaiser is on Facebook, and there is a picture of this little girl.

How adorable, someone will snatch her up in a heart beat, thank God.

She has mange, but Miss Dawn, I believe is planning on having that treated, having her spayed, and then if she follows her normal routine, will get her use to her family and 5 or 6 other dogs, chickens, tortoise, and ferret. Then she will be good to go.

Probably not. Momma Shooter and I have talked long and hard about getting Rocket Shooter a companion, but I am old and it is all I can do to handle him when he is determined to do something. ( he weighs about 140 pounds ) ( God, I dread visits to the Vet as he is a handful and has to be put to sleep for his annual checkups. )

I know what you mean, our wolf weighs around 130 and when he took sick, it took all I had to pick him up and get him in the car.
