Do any of you hold out any hope that this thing will be neutralized before it gets fully implemented?  I fear the "Low Information Voters" will only blame doctors, hospitals and the "evil insurance companies" when they find they really don't have free healthcare, or even "Affordable Healthcare (Act)"

I believe there is hope. It cannot be undone all at one time, but will take time. It could begin with the GOP holding the House and taking the Senate in 2014. Then Congress could not fund or unfund some of the regualtions. The next step would be a GOP POTUS with control of Comgress. Is that a long shot? Yes, but it is possible if the consequences of Obamacare are as ominous as I think they will be.

In a few years, a low info voter goes to the doctor and eventually gets a bill for services, calls doctor and screams I gots me sum Obamacare, dont be givin me no bill, doctor explains it doesn't work that way and the impatient patient rants on and on, exasperated, the doctor says the GOP stopped it, which will be true, but to an idiot, it will be our fault for saving the country from bleeding to death on the operating table.

Don't matter either way, patient goes to dr. don't pay bill. so what they aren't going to garnish their welfare check or throw them out of sec. 8 housing. The tax payer loses again.

Obama used Obama health care to buy votes from the underinformed and he won.  The rest of us lost.  I think that is congress were paid and compensated just like the military we would see changes in voting habits.  Pay them and give them benefits like a solider and all of this goes way.  It is going to take time to undo this mess but we need to start now.

Congress should be a part time job, without benefits.  Paid a per diem for 3 months only, then there on there own.

The state of Georgia has it right. If I recall the legislature only meets for forty days every year unless it has changed. I am sure Taxed can cofirm or correct me.

Sorry but I don't hold out much hope for anything anymore.  We have far too many low info dopes wielding way too much say and sway as to what the rest of us have to live with and suffer over because of their ignorant choices.   I just don't see it changing.  Simply put we are outnumbered and there are too few politicians that care and that will make a difference or that will be able to overcome the rest.
