A friend of mine use to make this every Superbowl party. I made it for a potluck at work and it went fast.
1 lb ground beef cooked and crumbled small
2-3 cans Bush's baked beans
1 small can crushed pineapple
Mix all together in a pot on the stove. Set on simmer and let them cook to meld the flavors. This also works great in a crock pot set on low. Do it first thing in the morning and it will be ready in a couple of hours. She would double the recipe for a larger crowd.

Just thought of another great dish for a Superbowl meal.
Chili Boats
Make, or buy, your basic chili. You will need Frito's, nacho cheese, grated cheese, and sour cream. To make an individual serving
Put Frito's in a bowl. Top with chili, nacho cheese, grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Very good. I use to buy this at a little cafe downtown where I worked. Best Friday lunch you could get. ;D ;D
Yum! So I presume we are talking about 2 to 3 standard sized cans.
ST, this is Baked beans with a Twist. :D Next time we grill out, I am going to try this one. Monday nite, I plan to make the baked corn recipe from this forum.

Yep....the pineapple really gives it good flavor. The ground beef almost makes it a meal by itself. :)
